Valik, as we know him, comes from a family of strong Christians. He completed his training at TCI and began a missionary ministry in the country of Georgia. Later, Valik joined the staff of TCI, teaching “Foundations of Government and Law” and today, he has taken on the role of raising support funds for former TCI students. Some of you will recall Valik’s vision for a Computer Club to attract non-believers to the campus. Your Faith Promise dollars paid for 3 computers, software, and an Internet antenna. Today, that location is a very popular place in the community. Valik’s personal life has not been idle since we first got to know him. He married Lubya and they now two children. Valik is deeply involved in his local church serving as Youth Leader and Educational Programs Director at Church of Christ the Savior, our Kherson sister church. You will note in our Church Bulletin that we fully fund Valik’s pastoral role with Church of Christ the Savior. Since sponsoring Valik, our church has provided 3 years of scholarships for TCI students.
